The International Hapkido Federation has been serving the Northern Virginia area since 2005. Our goal is to teach the art of Hapkido in its traditional form. Our federation has been teaching the art for over 50 years to both Korean and American civilians, as well as members of the Korean and U.S. Military and goverment agencies. We take a serious approach to the art. We want our students as well as anyone

that learns our techniques to be comfortable in their abilities to protect themselves as well as others. Hap Ki Do is a very diverse martial art consisting of locks, pins, throws, submissions, and weapons defense. Some kicking is also practiced. Hap Ki Do is also known for its extensive knowledge of pressure point applications.
